Our offices are based in London and Shanghai and our team includes professional translators and interpreters with over 10 years of experience. In order to meet the needs of our clients, we cherry pick the finest translators with a 4% pass rate and have also developed a bank of terminology in multiple professions.Priority is foremostly given to professional work ethics. This, coupled with a strict quality control system and respectful after-sales service means that Waterstone Translations has organically grown year on year. Approximately 30% of new clients are referred to us by existing clients, demonstrating how we are seen by the clients that work with us, reliable and trustworthy.
