Fun : Dancing is fun! In our lessons you can enter the world of dance full of passion, energy and joy.
Fitness : Like other dance forms, dancing is excellent for fitness. dancing promotes increased flexibility and strength and burns calories for weight loss.
Fulfillment: Our students gain knowledge of foreign cultures and learn self-expression through dance.
Enroll at our dance center and benefit from being taught by highly experienced academy teachers. Classes are designed to encourage creativity, discipline and independent thinking. At Tempo Center there are lots of ways for you to learn and appreciate dance.
Our programs offers a wide range of classes, for young people aged three to adults, seven days a week. So whether you are already taking classes and want to develop your technique and skills further, or are new to dance and looking for a fun way to get fit, we have the class to suit your ability.

EXERCISE

Dancing sessions can be a good exercise for health. In fact, you can burn as many calories in dancing as in walking, swimming or riding a bike. Exercising by jogging (outdoors or on treadmill) is an unattractive alternative for many people. Dancing is a mild form of aerobic workout and dance lessons make exercise a fun and enjoyable social event any night of the week
