 Ravoos Laboratories Limited (RLL) made modest foray in the year 2003 in the arena of Pellet & Taste Masked Granules for the Healthcare Industry. After putting up unswerving dedication in this field, new vistas naturally opened for us globally.

Through meticulous manufacturing of Pellets and Taste Masked granules and constant improvisation of existing products and developing new products as per the market requirements, we carved out a niche for itself in the Global Pharma Industry

Infrastructure

Our manufacturing facility is built with the state of art technology which meets the cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements of WHO, EDQM, etc.,

We do have advanced manufacturing equipment, with different capacity Fluid Bed Coaters (350 -750Kg), Conventional coating pans, Sifters, Tray driers, Pulverizers, Blenders etc., all made up of SS 316L material.

Our facility is supported with best AHU systems to maintain a clean room environment and provide an ambient climatic zone for the manufacturing process and personal, which meets ISO Class -8 for manufacturing process areas. We are having latest RO and DM water systems to provide quality water for the manufacturing process.

 Plant constructed in Green pollution free zone.
 Unidirectional flow of materials.
 Production on campaign basis.
 Air handling units to meet ISO Class -8.
 Oil and moisture free Compressed air.
 Steam generated with Rock coal and Brickets.
 Capacity to manufacture 250 - 500 kg batch size.
 Monthly capacity of 60-80 MT.
 RO and DM water generation systems to meet pharmacopeia requirements.
