Motei & Associates is a full service law firm which provides clients with bespoke legal advice across all areas of practice.

As a team of aggressive, dynamic and talented lawyers with diverse legal background, substantial regional knowledge and international experience, we aim to provide our clients with a unique blend of legal discipline and expertise, on a local, regional and international basis.

As well as providing quality legal services, we also offer a range of added value Corporate Services including Offshore Companies set up in various tax free jurisdictions including the United Arab Emirates (Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) and Ras Al Khaimah (RAKIA)), Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos and many other jurisdictions.

Motei & Associates was founded in 2002 by Mr. Ashraf El Motei and has grown steadily now with two partners and eight lawyers (including two of Counsel) from six different nationalities, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Asia, and the Middle East. The Firm continues to expand with new offices opening shortly in Azerbaijan and Poland.
