 A 4th generation Floridian and the daughter of a successful South Florida Realtor, Liz Caldwell grew up with an insider’s perspective on the high-end Broward County real estate market. Over an 18-year career as a top performer specializing in Fort Lauderdale’s prestigious waterfront communities, she has been repeatedly recognized…as a Christie’s International Real Estate Luxury Specialist and Speaker; as the host of the ABC Local 10 News Saturday real estate show on the South Florida market since 2010; and as a Founding member of the Broward County Chapter of the Master Brokers Forum.

A residential estate specialist for Fort Lauderdale’s most prestigious waterfront communities, Liz has generated in excess of $675 million in sales over the course of a stellar career. Her relationship with Christie's International Real Estate quite naturally led to joining Premier Estate Properties. Her well-honed sense of integrity, her commitment to discreet personal service, and her mastery of contract negotiation and review all enable her to consistently achieve the best results for an exclusive clientele.

Liz attended Sweet Briar College in VA and graduated from the College of Charleston with a BA in marketing and business. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Broward County Chapter of the Master Brokers Forum, as well as a Board Member of Friends of Jack and Jill. She is also a member of the Tiffany Circle of the American Red Cross, Parent Board of the University of San Diego, Junior League of Greater Ft. Lauderdale, Junior Welfare Society, Kids in Distress, Beaux Arts, Charity Guild, and volunteers at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
