Nadia El Dasher is renowned yoga expert who pursued yoga education in New York City with Rodney Yee. She subsequently completed her 200-hour training in yoga at Yoga Shanti in New York. Training to be an expert at the Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, Nadia El Dasher was inspired by several popular personalities and teachers at the therapy centre. She has achieved several difficult feats in yoga and is now a famous professional trainer at Body Tree Studio.  

At Body Tree Studio, she helps several eager trainees with beneficial props such as chairs, bolsters, blankets etc to fulfill the purpose of fruitful yoga. The mind stimulating agents she suggests and uses to provide trainees with superior comfort are aromatherapy, Reiki, and meditation. Yoga is not confined to one kind of benefit and hence does not stick to a single position for multiple benefits. Nadia El Dasher at the Body Tree Studio makes successful interactions with the trainees to understand personal effects and outcomes of the exercise.
