Preventive Work

A preventive maintenance program will be provided in writing by our company within 30 days after the contracts for all air conditioning units every three months and electrical& plumbing, every Six Months.

Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing

ETS services under this provision includes

{C}{C}·         {C}Repair and/or replacement of mechanical & electrical equipment including distribution boards, circuit boards, circuit breakers, ELCB’s, light fittings, control panels , switches and water heaters.

{C}{C}·         {C}Repair of water pump which can be done on site

{C}{C}·         {C}Repairing’s of external leaks in pipes

{C}{C}·         {C}Cleaning of tanks once a year

{C}{C}·         {C}Repair and replacement of sanitary-ware fittings and attention to drainage problems     

Air Conditioning

EFTS does under this provision include.

{C}{C}·         {C}One major annual service and three quarterly services of indoor & outdoor units.

{C}{C}·         {C}Cleaning of filters.

{C}{C}·         {C}Cleaning and checking of electrical components.

{C}{C}·         {C}Pressure washing of coils.

{C}{C}·         {C}Toping up of refrigerant gas (gas will be charged separately)

{C}{C}·         {C}Belt replacement, lubrication and cleaning of drain lines.

{C}{C}·         {C}Placing of drain flow tablets in drip trays.

{C}{C}·         {C}Changing compressor oil and filters if necessary

{C}{C}·         {C}Minor painting touch-up and minor repair to insulation.

Carpentry & Aluminum

EFTS services under this provision includes

{C}{C}·         {C}Repair of fly screens, windows and doors, excluding replacement of the same

{C}{C}·         {C}Repairs of broken catches, hinges & drawer slide to fixed cabinets and fixed cupboards

{C}{C}·         {C}Repairs of door catches, locks and hinges
