D. G. Jones & Partners (ME) Ltd commenced operations as an independent company in September 1994 as part of the D. G. Jones International Group.

 

Operating in the Middle East during such a period of major development has ensured that we have been and are still involved in every category and type of development and infrastructure projects including Health, Military, Aviation, Educational, Government, Utilities, Transport, Infrastructures, Agricultural, Marine, Palaces, Residential, Commercial, Hotels and Leisure, Heritage & Cultural and Retail.

 

The backbone of the services provided are those normally associated with the pre & post contract phases of the Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying profession primarily in general construction, civil and utilities engineering projects for both the public & private sectors.

 

In addition, the practice has successfully carried out major multi-million Project/Construction Management services on important projects for both Government and private Clients.

 

Together with the above we continue, where necessary, to provide Claims Management, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Services etc to many important Clients on a number of complicated and prestigious projects.

 

The practice works with and provides services to Owners directly and also to international and local construction consultants.  As a result of the depth of experience in the Middle East and internationally the practice is called upon to provide specialist advice and services to Government and Municipal Departments, Financial Institutions and Developers.

 

In addition, the practice has successfully carried out major multi-million Project/Construction Management services on important projects for both Government and private Clients.
