Adrenagy Training Club

Adrenagy Training Club is the first of it’s kind in the region – a facility with a fully holistic approach to fitness where all of our guests are not just members, but wellness transformation projects. We design custom training programs for our guests based on their goals, we give them a variety of training options and make sure they are educated so that they feel fully confident in their abilities to succeed, and we make sure that they sustain their results by continuously monitoring their fitness stats using the latest technology in fitness assessment.

Design

We cater to all levels of fitness by designing a custom training program based of our guests goals and current physical status. Using the latest technology and years of professional training, our trainers and staff are able to provide a full body assessment to accurately determine our guests fitness levels. This allows them to create the perfect training program for each guest.

Train

With the large variety of training options available at Adrenagy Training Club, we are certain to find the right training program for you. Intertested in boxing ? Want to try out Surfset ? Prepping for a marathon ? We have a wide range of training options to chose from so each guest can find something they enjoy doing. Want to train with a large group ? How about just you and a friend ? We also provide custom group sizes so you can train with a group of people you feel comfortable with.

Sustain

Our trainers work with our guests to ensure that they stay on track and sustain their results. This isn’t a place where you get a quick fix then lose all of your hard work and results by falling back into an old routine. Here, we work hard to make sure the results you experience are long lasting. We do this by monitoring your progress and keeping in touch to make sure you have everything you need to continue your training.
